Moving DB to SD card procedure?

Is there a proper procedure for moving from internal flash to external SD card? If I just switch the setting on the System tab does it copy the current DB over before rebooting or?

It does not copy the old database to the new storage media.
Your use case "migration of current database to a new external storage media" is not directly supported.

I will check how this can be achieved most easily.
