Sunday night (1/5) about 8:30pm I shutdown MB and associated M2M router but left Envoy/Wlip powered up and running hence data would continue to be logged (10 minute archive) to the IP logger.
Wednesday (4/5) at approx. 10:30am repowered the MB & router and a short while after did a WeatherLink web download and only got data to exactly midnight 1/5, strange I thought as generally WLIP web upload is generally fully completed at the next 60 minute cycle following any internet disruptions. It is now 10:30am Thursday and now have web downloaded data up to 5:30am this morning (no make that now 6:20am) so data should be up to date possibly latter this afternoon but has been coming through in short bursts?
I am assuming then that MP is controlling this and only updating a portion (maybe a few hours) of the backlog in the available time slot?
WeatherLink - Backlog data upload

Re: WeatherLink - Backlog data upload
MB is not making use of the data logged inside the Davis console / logger,
but when feeding weather networks that cannot be reached it schedules
retries for failed transactions. It depends on the weather network how it
handles this. Which network are you feeding and are you making the listed
observations on?
