My Meteobridge Pro is having issues after upgrading to 3.1.

The display keeps on going blank, hourly tweets are failing to upload & no data is being uploaded to Wunderground even though this reports back as successful.

I've just rebooted and watching the boot screen, the device is trying to format the storage & the format is failing.

auch bei mir wollte das System nach einem Neuboot den Datenträger formatieren! Meldung auf dem Display sagt zwar "Format FAILED" aber trotzdem ist die ganze Datenablage auf dem intern Speicher leer, nix mehr da, kein Verzeichnis....kein Template, alles weg...

I'm assuming that the internal storage has failed. Do I need to arrange a return to Prodata Weather Systems in the uk?

OK, so I've changed the database media to a usb stick - this has formatted successfully on boot, but was still giving issues - it looked like the usb stick was write protected (which it wasn't). I've now downgraded to version Meteobridge 3.0 (Aug 9 2016, build 10243), FW 1.4 - this version now is uploading to Wunderground & I'm getting rain data in the upload at last.

I know admin was on vacation until 31st August, but no posts in September at all - is the Meteobridge PRO unit still supported through this website, or do I need to return the unit to the UK suppliers for refund as the hardware seems very unstable?

Does the unit have to be returned to the supplier for the internal storage replacement, or is it a user serviceable replacement, also is it possible to move the database from the external usb back to the internal storage?
