Here is everything in the logs following a restart this morning. There were different messages in the logs before the restart, but they seem to have disappeared..

26 September -

I was aware of intermittent WAN problems around 22:45

MB Pro appears to report at five minute intervals without problem until 23:19 with only one further data received by WU at 23:49.

27 September

From 00:04 until 04:16 there is a mixture of data received at five and one minute intervals. (Data normally sent at 5 minute intervals)

From 04:16 no data is received by WU and there is no data in the history after 02:00

At 10:20, I receive a message from WU to tell me there has been no data received since 08:18 although there has been none since 04:16

I manage a local logon to the MB Pro around 11:00, 'up time says 11h 35 mins, see there is no history from 02:00. I look at logs and at WU to try to put together the course of events then try to logon from my laptop to find the MB Pro is not responding to ping with 'No Network Found' on the display. I power cycle the MB Pro around 11:53.

Nothing in the log after 17:30 26 September but entries seen before power cycle now missing...

MB Pro now appears to be working normally

I see nothing special in the logs, so it is hard to diagnose from remote.

Do you also find those gaps in the MB PRO database? You can inspect on History tab.

As your embedded Meteostick is still on 2.3 firmware you might consider to update
this. There is a button for this on System tab. This might help if the reason is
sometimes no data coming in from sensors via RF.

We fixed a memory leak problem in the September 25 release, so this might also
have added to problems before.

I have updated the Meteostick to 2.4 and we will see how that goes.

The data was missing in the internal MB Pro history.

Interestingly the MB Pro was still sending emails just not recording any data internally or sending to WU.
