How can i upload Files to an SFTP Server

I have an new Homepage for my weatherdata. the new Server only use sftp. how can a Transfer the data from meteohub to external webserver by sftp ?
Do someone have an idea ?

The new server I am working from only uses sftp.

Has there been any update since the last post? Can meteohub transfer data to external webserver by sftp.

Any alternative method ?
