Feature Request: Conditional Display Pages

Here's what I would like:

Let's say I start with BIG-scroll-IMP. It contains a rotation of screens.

I would like the ability to say a screen is included only in the rotation if a particular expression is true. For example, I would like to show the rainfall today only if the daily rainfall is non-zero.

Obviously, a 'check' would have to be that if no screen is displayed, that the first in the list is displayed. Else, an odd condition could exist.
