No Network Found - No data recorded

For the past two days there has been a problem with the Internet outside of the property, on the public network

During this time the MB Pro displayed 'No Network Found' but has been operational - lights flashing, screen dimming to schedule etc

The phone company has fixed the problem, so the Internet is now up, the MB Pro has resumed sending to my website, WU, Meteoplug etc

There is no historical data since the Internet outage began until the phone company fixed the service

How is a problem on the public side of my router affecting the MB Pro?

The main attraction for buying the MB Pro was to be able to record data on a small device, using little power, regardless of external events such as power outages, WLAN problems etc

It seems that every time there is the slightest interruption with the local WLAN or the public Internet, the MB Pro falls over, becomes unreachable and stops recording data

Why is this device so unreliable?
