Is it possible to transfer license to replacement router?

I have been getting occasional invalid data (earlier topic) that don't show up in the WS-1090 consoles, but do on meteobridgr, and this may require that I replace my dlink DIR-505 with the newer model DIR-505L as the DIR-505L has improved voltage stability. If the router needs to be replaced, is there a way to transfer the meteobridge software license to the new router?

The original license was purchased 21 days ago on January 6, 2017.
