Remote access to public folder

Is there a way to have remote access to public folder to download raw data and update html templates for example? I have 5 Meteohubs running in different places and far from where I live.

Sorry, I searched a little bit more and found some ideas:

Another option is use a Mikrotiks router. I will try these options.
