wind sensor not found after reinstall

After reinstalling Meteohub system due to worn out memory stick, my iConnect/Meteohub system will not find my wind sensor

Weather station, WMR-200, shows the sensor sending a signal in it's console.

Any ideas?

I have already power cycled the weather station and have tried all USB ports on the iConnect
