No longer connecting **solved**

Post by asherah »

Hey guys, I'm a new Meteobridge user, just flashed my MR3020 today. After a shaky set-up, I finally got my MR3020 to send data. It was working well with rapid fire updates to WU for almost an hour when it unexpectedly stopped. I got an error message, (error connect socket 192.168.0.13: port 22222: No route to host). I'm not sure where I went wrong in setting up my devices. I have a Davis Vantage Vue with the IP data logger. These are the messages I'm receiving. Thanks in advance for the help!

logger (19.12.2017 18:15:05): historical data loaded (19 records).
logger (19.12.2017 18:15:05): data logger (version 5.0w, build 11742) started.
logger (19.12.2017 18:15:08): error connect socket 192.168.0.13: port 22222: No route to host

logger (19.12.2017 18:15:38): error connect socket 192.168.0.13: port 22222: No route to host

logger (19.12.2017 18:17:05): give up waiting for sensors after 120 secs.
logger (19.12.2017 18:17:05): services activated.

To add to this issue. I disconnected the Ethernet Cable from the meteobridge MR3020 and connected it directly to my modem and my data logger is uploading data to WU and also the Meteobridge software.

looks like you have not given your Davis WLIP logger a fixed IP address and therefore it has turned out being no longer reachable at the IP entered on the Meteobridge "station" tab.
