Time format: Change timestamp to readable text

For an html-output, I want to format the timestamp (example: “actual_localdate” or “alltime_wind0_speedmax_time“) to an custom format string. I probably have to use JS in html. But I hope that there are already (undocumented ?) possibilities in meteohub?

Example: Tiefsttemperatur: -9.7 °C am 20180227062212 --> Tiefsttemperatur: -9.7 °C am 27.02.2018 06:22 Uhr
