Error message on display says format failed.

I'm trying to reset after holding the reset button until the progress bar finishes. The display shows Format failed and just keeps cycling.

How would I delete the database?

"Format failed" indicates that the storage media has a problem. Can you please give me remote access? Please send credentials to "info(at)meteobridge.com"
