MB and davis repeater

I plan on moving my anemometer about a 1/4 mile away and have a davis wireless repeater. Any problems with MB and repeaters? If the console sends the data, MB should get it, correct?

Is the MB talking to the console or the repeater and how far between the MB and Tx?

MB to router

I am researching before I go through the trouble of moving the anemometer.
