Lost all of my data - can someone help?

I lost all of my previous weather readings data from March through July. I'm bummed.

My system is back up now and rebuilt, but I want to know if I can insert some of my high and low data back into the raw data files in some way.

I have a screen capture of the highs and lows and what time they occurred and if I can add 'manual records' into the raw files I will at least get those value back including rainfall totals.

Any ideas on how to do that?
