Since I’ve bought and installed my new Davis VP2, I had to make wind direction corrections in my MBpro because the position of the anemometer on my roof couldn’t be positioned in the “normal” way. I’ve made those corrections just like my Davis Vantage Display did; -138º (minus)
Then I noticed that my hourly tweets stopped mentioning wind directions whenever the wind blew between ZW till the NW? All my other stations like the display MBpro and my weather website had no problem with that minus correction and showed correct wind directions.
Can anyone recognize this problem?
Now I’ve changed the correction in +222º and it seems to be working normally again.
Is the MBpro translation to a Twitter string not possible with a minus correction?

Re: Correction wind direction and tweets
Thanks for pointing to this. You are right, a negative offset is not supported for wind direction.
