There has been a bug on versions 3.8, 3.9 and 4.0 regarding the units fill up their complete RAM file system during boot and therefore show various malfunction symptoms during operation. Just released 4.0 update should fix that. So, if you are on this platform please use most recent software version to get out of the problem zone.
