Nano-SD Home Weather Station - Weather34 Error in Live Data

After enabling Weather Net Home Weather Station - Weather34 I am seeing an error in Live Data. Under Weather Nets I am seeing a green check using API URL http://172.22.40.75/PWS/index.php but under Live Data I'm seeing a Red X for HWS.
Do I need to have HWS-Weather34 configured under Weather Nets since I have the Local Dashboard working well for Local and Remote access?
What is the purpose of HWS - Weather34 under Weather Nets?
I originally enabled HWS before I discovered the Local Dashboard needed to be setup for the Local and Remote displays to function.

the home weather station in networks is to provide pre configured data around about 190 pre defined values to a website using the web version of the template.

unless you have the template installed on a web server and set the path correctly ,hence why your seeing that red cross .better off disabling it if not using web version..
