I purchased a NANO-SD from Ambient weather to run on my Davis Vantage Pro 2 Plus FARS. I have been very impressed with the NANO's Local Dashboard so I decided to try hosting the Beta versions of MB-SMART on my Synology NAS pushing data to it via the Home Weather Station -Weather34 Weather Net option. I have also setup the Http services pushing data to the charts modules as well as running the stationcron module as outlined in the 4 step procedure all modules appear to working well including Forecasting from WU and local METAR Data. Last version updated from Github as of 08/31/2019
The MB-SMART looks great and I would like to offer access to it for the developers so they can see it with Live Data from Methuen, MA US. It is live on the Internet but with with restricted access. If you would like access email me at
rzelle@actweb.com I can open access to your Public IP address.
The one Critique I have so far is the NANO's Rain Rate Colored Vertical Bar graph is much more useful during a rain event than the MB-SMART' s smail Rain number (Lower Right). Bring Back the Rain Rate Bar Graph ...

hello thanks for compliment but its a few months off from being completed most of the focus right now is translations making sure there all aligned across each language option its a tedious task but i have help (piet) . the next phase will focus on getting the css files below the 100k mark right now there optimized at around 116k so just need time to ween out the unused stuff.
rain rate vertical bar it wont fit and it can get somewhat messy for example i use a stations data from singapore is rain rate at times is phenomenon due to there nigh on monsoon rates.. at the moment probably not going to do anything in that respect but later could simply create a horizontal rate bar to have it fit without having to realign everything else in the rain module.but need throw all rain rate scenarios at it first see how scales up and check between mm and inches

.i will add it to my list but dont expect anything soon but i will try and as always make it look pretty
right now there are daily minor changes and when its finally finished it will be a NanoSD only , if used with meteobridge pro, tplink type it will throw up a nag screen and display not compatible in all modules with a link to williams version as that supports all versions of meteobridge and is more flexible to using different hardware brands. also when finalized it will be a request only download and the github page will go private. there are numerous underlying reasons for doing this.
things that will or have changed no longer uses easyweathersetup file name this has been changed to mb-smart-setup.php
adds your local hardware supplier if you wish to support them list grow..
the upload realtime file will change from MBrealtimeupload.txt to simply nanosd.txt this wont happen till finalized hopefully late october early november as languages are easier todo as there are less.
so hang in there daily updates are minor and 90% of time just require simple file replacements which are easy to follow through github if you have some github experience.
there are no plans to use the internal nanosd charts in general the output at times is slow and if multiple visitors or charts get polled it grinds to halt . nanosd was never designed to serve simultaneous chart renders but if you have a private website it might be fine , take a look at williams website
https://baxleyweather.com/pws/ to see how he uses and implemented those internal generated charts .
