IP Camera Display Problem on MB-SMART Beta site

I have a SV3C ip cam B06W-5MP-HX which I have been able to view the image directly via browser using an http url to the .jpg file created by the camera. In the browser refreshing it shows the image changing as expected. I configured the MB-SMART setup with the url and enabled the webcamsmall.php. The webcam box open with a black box and a small icon in the upper left corner if I right click the icon and have it open in a new tab the camera image opens in the browser window refreshing updates the image as it changes. How can I get the image to appear in full in the Web Cam window?

Further discovery reveals the Camera window works and updates nicely on ipad and iphone using chrome and firefox browsers. So far have not been able to get it to work on 2 windows 10 PCs using the same browsers.
Any thoughts on this anyone?

can you access the url of the image directly through your desktop browsers ?, i tried on VARIOUS all returned resource timeout.

basically just type the url you typed in the set up in your browser . i can see it but it returns no image and flags up insecure content breaking your https .

script is just a simple iframe url nothing else . tried desktop mac 10.15 Catalina Safari,Firefox,Chrome,iPad Air2 IOS12.4 ,iPad PRO IOS13.1, all return same sorry no windows devices or hardware here to try.

Hi, Thanks for trying the site I made some changes added an A record and etc for the cam . for test purposes. When you have a minute see if you can view the cam via PC, MAC and Ipads. I've verified both my iphone and ipad can see cam from public internet but not from any PC browsers? I suspected this would be the case but i needed to prove it to myself. The thing I don't like is the cam does not support https and I had to use my last available public IP address. I could solve the IP issue if necessary.

BTW I will update my site later to catch up with any changes you've made today been wasting too much time on this cam . lol

Hold off on trying to access to test cam I've had to rerset cam to factory .. I'll let you know when it back up ..

looks fine now a bit slow to load the image but it appears around 30 seconds .wait a day or so before updating waiting to see if boris can resolve the last rainfall string .

Thanks for testing. What did you use to access the site PC or idevice if PC which browser?

Never mind I see it was Firefox. Firefox PC version is working here now as well locally and remotely, Chrome and Brave both still having issue from PCs at this end.

I prefer to use Firefox anyway .. Going to move on to my Solar project and keeping the MB-SMART current as needed ..
