Any suggestions/recomendations for using (another) NSLU2 as

This is not really "meteohubs cup of tea" but want to know if anyone have a suggestion about the best way of establishing a webserver with NSLU2.
Not the one used for Meteohub but another one.

What firmware ? Unslung, Debian, SLUG or what ?
Webserver ? lighttpd, abyss, apache or ?
