NOAA reporting issue at end of month when run after last day.

Hi there.

just noticed a reoccuring issue with noaa reports at the last day of the month. this was for Novenmber and Decemeber of last year - it would report the last day as:

or

if i run the report again in the history tab of meteobridge the full month is reported correctly.

I run a monthly report after the end of each day so to update the report for the next day, but have only noticed this issue for the last two months.

I know not many people use this reporting feature but if they do have they noticed any issue? it would appear the script when run on the first of the month, does not run the monthly report for the last day of the previous month.

I have since updated my Nov and December reports however. just more curious as to anyone else experiencing this and thinking it will happen again on 01 Feb 20.

Current release should do fine.
