Status Pad local time instead world time

Hi all,

I am using the https://wiki.meteoplug.com/wiki/index.p ... Status_Pad Status Pad. It shows the last time of refresh.
It appears on this homepage: http://kurrlewetter.de/aktuelle-wetterdaten/
But the current time is the world time in this Status Pad. It should be the local time.

In https://www.meteoplug.com/cgi-bin/meteoplug.cgi --> System Info is the local time currect.

This is the code with the current settings:
letzte Aktualisierung: %h:%m:%s (alle %I Sek.) | Wetterstation Schönbon im Einrich
How can I change it into local time?
