Meteobridge upload to WL Cloud Problem. **solved**

Post by MikeCupo »

I'm Using a Davis Vantage Pro 2 Wireless with Meteobridge D-Link 505 through USB Datalogger. When I use Meteobridge to upload to Weatherlink, the rainfall data is consistently lower than actual readings....if I turn off upload from Meteobridge and upload from PC Weatherlink SW(getting data from Meteobridge through TCP/IP), it posts correctly....all other uploads from Meteobridge post correctly (WU, PWS, CWOPS, AWEKAS, and WeatherCloud)....Any insight? Thanks!

It seems that the WL-Cloud implementation of MeteoBridge is still in beta stage. In my case the min/max values are transmitted incorrectly, see my posting "Wrong min/max values submitted to WL-Cloud, problem is back". Unfortunately there seems to be no solution for this problem, at least there was no reaction to my posting and yours either. So I guess we'll have to wait and let the PC send the data via Weatherlink, this will still work.
Greetings

Found out that the WL-Upload works fine if MeteoBridge is not connected to a PC as IP-Logger to WeatherLink. So could be a problem of overlapping data transfer?
