If you are looking to upload data via SFTP to a STRATO webspace you will be out of luck.
We did intensive testing triggered by a user from the Benelux who was not able to upload data via Meteobridge. Result of our observation was that even when using the very newest OPENWRT versions the SSH client dropbear is not able to make a SSH connection to STRATO. STRATO enforces some obscure protocol versions that dropbear does not support. As SFTP is built on top of SSH this incompatibility infused by STRATO is also blocking SFTP uploads. This is rather brain dead from STRATO, as dropbear is THE standard ssh client in all IOT and embedded devices I know of. As a result, imho no embedded device (webcam, meteobridge, you name it) will be able to upload data to them.
SO PLEASE AVOID STRATO AT ALL COSTS. If you have a relation to STRATO giving them a hint that their out-of-control security guys are damaging their business might be a good idea. But I don't think they even know that there is something beyond PCs that might want to upload data.
Sorry, but we cannot do anything here. There are tons of proper providers: Hetzner, OVH, that do proper business...
Don't use STRATO if you want to upload data via SFTP/FTP - they crashed it

Looking closer at this it turns out the RSA HOST KEY of Strato is missing or to short. Dropbear on openwrt requires a RSA Host Key with 2048 length. Strato does not provide this for unknown reasons.
