Missing calculated sensors since 4.4. **solved**

Post by boazn »

Hello,
Since the firmware update (4.4) I can't reach some sensors, or calculated sensors such as dew and heatindex.
I see them in the raw data section

But there is no ability to do mapping or reach them or see them in the min/max tab.
I have Envoy8x. The sensor th2dew does not provide any data. (It did in previous versions)
Thanks,

Boaz

Envoy8x is a very rare station type. If you provide me remote access I can have a look.

I was having this same problem and posted about it, but I just now saw this post. I managed to solve it for myself, and I described what I did here: viewtopic.php?f=56&t=15268&sid=f49a23ee ... 889ced689a

Thanks for providing a login.

On "Raw Data" tab I see the mentioned Soil #2 sensor.

On "Min/MAX Data" tab I see the corresponding entry, that has been individually mapped by you to "extra temp #2" and "extra hum #2". You can also change this mapping a soil temp/wettness #1 - #4 on "Mapping" tab.

I think a soil sensor does not really provide heatindex or dewpoint, at least I am not aware that this is used/expected.
Which issue do you have with this?
