Do you have a supported microSD card? Do you see the "History" and "Graphs" tab?

proxy server? are you trying to access it remotely?
As your English is hard to understand (at least for me), can you please provide screen dumps? I am really guessing what your issue might be.

As asked before mak a screen-shot of the system tab
and
Make a screen-shot of what shows on the minute tab.
See an example I attached of my raspberry

Well I almost sure that you need a larger SLC card to get the / minute data.
viewtopic.php?p=35823#p35823
The trigger to make this new feature was based on the availability of affordable 8 or 16 Gb SLC cards
Your SLC card would wear out in less than 1 year if /minute data would be stored.
I am also not sure if this is already available or that you need to apply for a beta-version first.
But it is unexplained why your / hour data does not work.
That should always work on any raspberry. See screenshot
What happens when you click on the "Edit Hour Data" tab? (Strangly it is the only one untranslated also.)
Can you make a screenshot what happens when you click that?
