Feature Request: local webcam

Hi,

Wondering if it’s possible to have a webcam connected directly to a Meteobridge (either USB or RPi official camera module) and use it the same the IP webcam functionality already built in.

Alternatively, does anyone know of a way to install packages on RPi Meteobridge?
Apt doesn’t seem to exist…
