graphs disappeared

In the charts tab, I see "select chart". But I can only choose --Metacharts--". In my other setup, at a different location, I can choose multiple graphs. Previously I could also do that in this setup, but the previous graphs have disappeared, the website says this:

Error: Cannot open chart file "allinone-iso.chart": No such file or directory

yesterday (Jan 18, 2022) I got a reply from Boris Pasternak asking if I had tried a reset. I didn't. After resetting, I now see the option to choose a graph, but no graph is generated. It appears that a sensor can no longer be selected in WD-Live settings. Not even after a rest.
I cannot expect any further help because Mr Pasternak is on holiday until 1 February. It seems that he is the only one who can provide service.

No, the graphs are not back. I can choose for a graph. but no graph is generated. I can't choose a sensor in WD-Live settings either.

I managed to login on your MB PRO given by credentials you sent per email.
Situation is that your internal USB storage failed. So it is a HW problem.
I can fix when you send unit to me (to arrive after Feb 1 becaus of vacation).
I will mail you pm where to send.
