Hello, I have setup a DHCP reservation for my Reolink cam in my netgear nighthawk router but everyday the IP changes and I am confused as to why. It’s already set as a reservation but the webpage on the meteobridge for the cam stops updating after a few hours because the IP address keeps getting changing and I have to go in and update it in the “external picture url” portion in the meteobridge.
Any ideas as to why it keeps happening?
Adrian

I take it you are using "Address Reservation" on your Nighthawk?
If this is not working then pick an IP address outside the DHCP scope for the reserved address. eg: if your DHCP scope is 192.168.1.1-192.168.1.199 then pick 192.168.0.210 for your cam IP address with the right MAC address of the cam.
If the DCHP scope is the full subnet (eg: 192.168.1.2-254) then reduce the size of the subnet scope for DHCP and then reserve and addresss outside the DHCP scope.
This is all part of Advanced > Setup > LAN setup on your nighthawk admin.
