Could you add a head to an RPI MB?

just curious whether you could add a display monitor to the RPI running MB to show your weather dashboard?

I'd like to have more than one weather display in the house, I've yet to convince an Alexa device to show my local weather station and this could be a better solution anyway (dedicated robust gear vs. stuff outside your admin control), would save me buying another ecowitt display.

Appreciate it may be complex as would require a renderer and interpreter to support it.
