First Day of Month as 0 (zero)?
Obviously there must be some reasoning so what am I missing with this one? What is the reason for first day of a month or first month of the year as 0 (zero) ?

A user needed first day of month being zero when doing exports in order to have the export directly processed by amcharts for some individual graphing. That was the reason behind "M0" and being there I also introduced "D0" just in case a similar request on day numbering shows up.
Starting point was an ask, if computations like {* *} or IF-THEN-ELSE clauses as used inside templates can also be used for export definitions. This is not possible. Therefore, the M0 was invented for the specific need.
