DEVANTI WS-H2950 - Fine Offset WH24

Hello Everyone,

I have a Devanti Weather Station model WS-H2950, I have installed rtl_433 windows software on my computer, it transmits on 433.920 MHz and Identifies as Fine Offset WH24.

Was wondering if I can use rtl_433 with Meteobridge or a TP-Link TL-MR3020 router to report to aprs.fi?
