Moving NANO from one Davis VantagePro 2 to replacement

Any guidance on moving a Meteobridge NANO SD (specifically the AmbientWeather version) from one Davis console to another? The older unit experienced a fall, and now has a cracked screen. The data collection has continued to work, but I want to make sure I do not lose any data during the migration process.

No special action needed. Just pull out (depowered) and plug in (depowered) and then power up the new console.
