Resetting Meteobridge PRO 2 **solved**

Post by MGS »

Hi,

I have managed to make my MB Pro 2 a little unstable, every so often it comes up with some DB full errors and other messages. I have been importing lots of historic Data but the SD card is only reporting 14% full so I am confident its not full and new sensor data is being written so that is all ok.

When going in to Import/Export the MB system hangs and eventually restarts the logging services sometimes I have to reboot

I have tried the DB check and rebuild options and they went through successfully but the problem still is there.

I have got to the point where I want to just start again and reset the Pro 2 back to factory fresh out of the box state, I have tried a Factory Reset this only seems to reset the config back to an out of the box state and leaves the DB intact. Is there a way of fully reset the Pro 2 which includes a database reset?

I have all of my data so I am not worried about loosing any data.

Any help would be great on this.

Thanks

Mark.

Resolved this by SSH'ing to the Meteobridge and deleting the dbase* files in /tmp/nmt, then rebooting the Meteobridge which re created new empty files! :)
