Weather Dashboards resetting after reboot on RPI

Hi,
Both my local weather dashboards are resetting all the preferences previously set, including the setup password. Am I missing an option to make the settings stick. Otherwise seems to be a possible privacy/security issue.
Please let me know if the problem is on my end.
