Trying to get a license transferred

I had to abandon my RPI4 and go back to my RPI3 and my license was transferred. Now, I acquired another RPI4 and have asked for another license transfer but I get no reply to my emails. Did something happen to the person taking care of this? I can buy another license but certainly didn't want to as I have over a year left on my other one.
