Changing templates on a black Pro2

I had a Pro which died, so I recently upgraded to a Pro2. With my Pro, a directory was created on my MacPro which held all the templates so once I figured out how to use them, to load my own, I could just overwrite an existing or add another to the directory.

But since adding the Pro2, no directories have been created (not even the /data/templates that is the standard?).

I had made new templates for the display and for the email events and they worked fine on the Pro.
I still have copies of my old templates but I have not figured out how to load them into the Pro2. I tried sending the sample http which was to supposed to send back the date/time , temp and humidity, but I just get the share data/templates does not exist.

If anyone could help me out as to what I am doing wrong, or what I should be doing to be able to use my own templates , I would be extremely grateful for your time and assistance.

SMB security on the PRO2 is different to the PRO and dependent on the OS connected. Have no experience with Mac but with Windows there is a difference depending on the setup.

Have you setup or changed the SMB password and/or what SMB control do you have set, such as SMB User only, SMB Guests allowed or SMB Disabled etc

Haven't changed anything since the Pro, but lookin it up on the mac, SMB was off (it was off with the PRO too)

I changed File sharing to ON , SMB to ON, guests allowed and gave full access to a new directory I made called Data.

I don't know if I need to create a User account, for the Pro I didn't do anything at all, it just showed up. I'm not sure what the "User" would be

for the Pro2 unless its meteobridge.

Thanks for your time and help. I really appreciate it.

User is typically meteobridge and initially password is meteobridge. As mentioned not a MAC person, how do you access the SMB share on a MAC as opposed to Windows \\your.ip.address.here\data

Pro & Pro2 are no different apart from changed security with both having a pop up User/Password screen when SMB User only is set

What do you get running http://ip-of-your-meteobridge/upload.html
