New Nano(SD) user **solved**

Post by G4MHJ »

I have just managed to get my new NanoSD on my WAN but I am concerned about a Warning Message prior to setting up my Lat/Long etc.

"Warning: Inserted microSD card is not on the NANO's list of accepted industrial SLC models (WD08G)."

Bought from one of the MB UK recommend outlets today - Should I be worried ?

Yes, I have read it now. So, why is the supplier recommended by Meteobridge using a non-recommended mSD card. Not sure if I should name them here but it wasn't Prodata
What if anything is likely to happen?
Should I contact them?

Model WD08G should be totally fine. I wonder why Meteobridge brings up the message.
Could you give me a remote access as described in the FAQ so that I can have a look myself (send credentials to "info(at)meteobridge.com")?
Does it disappear after a reboot?

I was able to check and message does no longer appear. Looks like it just needed to apply a more recent update to recognize the card. Should be completely fine now.
