Service Settings - Emails not being delivered

Following on from the post below and looking further it appears previous Email settings are not behaving as they have and appears maybe to be ISP/Host related changes? viewtopic.php?t=17591
This issue was first detected as of October 10, 2023 at which time Email Events sending to multiple email addresses failed apart from the email address matching the SMTP/Host domain. Prior to this never had any problem sending to any email address from any SMTP/Host.
Have tested this further (Nano & Pro) with various SMTP/Hosts with matching and non matching To-Addr and unless the To-Addr email matches the SMTP Host: then it fails which tends to indicate something in the email relay might have been changed, this had/has always worked? This appears to go further in that the SMTP Host: has to also match the service provider's network. I have one Broadband account which I don't have an Email account for this Broadband will not send an email to any other provider (email) regardless of what settings I tried.
Also noticing in the Service Settings even though the [Test Email] button sends (and email is received) test email as configured, there is no Green tick or corresponding test notification ?
How far this goes into the overall email world have no idea but something does appear to have changed in the email delivery world?
This was first noticed on a NanoSD with Firmware 5.6 (Build 4551) May 11, 2023. firmware remains unchanged with the email relay theory further tested and confirmed. Have also tested this relay theory on another NanoSD and MBPro running Nov 18 firmware.
