OpenSSL: error

Post by Clément »

Hello,

Since a few days, my meteobridge systems cannot update the template for sending data.
I got an openssl error:

Code: Select all

Error (Event #04): Download of template failed: OpenSSL: error:14077410:lib(20):func(119):reason(1040) Unable to establish SSL connection.
It happens on several versions, for example:

Code: Select all

Platform: TL-MR3020 (no USB hub)
RAM: 29364 kB total, 3516 kB free (88% used)
SW Version: Meteobridge 3.2 (May 29 2017, build 11222), FW 1.2

Code: Select all

Platform: TL-MR3020 (plus USB hub)
RAM: 29364 kB total, 2688 kB free (90% used)
SW Version: Meteobridge 3.2 (May 29 2017, build 11222), FW 1.4
I also tried to update version with a new license key but it does not seem the solve this issue.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Could you please share the definition of the event that throws the error?

It is when downloading template from the internet on the Events set up page.

Here is some details. Is it enough to debug?
It is when clicking "reload template" on the event page (see attachment).
The template is pointing a https server.

I don't know if there is some kind of TTL on the template in meteobridge side but it also occurs randomly without clicking the reload button.
I am operating 37 meteobridge I don't have time to change the url to a non https template on each system.

As you wiped out the relevant part, I cannot comment.

When you give me remote access, I can have a private look.
