ANY HELP, PLEASE? Meteobridge doesn't work from time to time, after 24 to 48 hours **solved**

From September 4, meteobridge started to stop working from time to time, normally there is internet, but I don't know where the problem is. I am entering the meteobridge link and everything works, but the weather data is not being sent. This problem is only fixed when I unplugged my device (WL-330N3G) and plugged it back in. Then after 24 hours or 48 the same problem continues until I unplug my device and plug it back in.

Yesterday I saw that my license had expired on August 28, 2024 and during that time I was on vacation until September 4 and when I returned from vacation this problem started. I paid for the license yesterday and once I thought that there were problems due to the expiration of the license, but even now this problem continues even after I paid.

Sometimes I don't log in to check the weather data or the current conditions from third-party applications, and when I log in during the day, I see, for example, that after a few hours the weather data has not been sent.

Please if someone can help me fix this problem.

That is not a license problem, even with an expired license the unit will continue to work but won't be able to load latest updates. In any case always ensure "use installed version" or "stick to version x.x" is set in the version control and do manual updates if and as required.

If the unit had been working fine for some time then I would first be checking the internet connection. Also would there have been any power outages while unattended? Maybe roll back to a previous version then update latest version?

I returned it to version 5.9 and now I'm updating it to version 6.0 and then I'll see if there are any problems again. In fact, the internet is working all the time, even when there is a problem with the device or meteobridge. And if you don't unplug it and plug it back in, it won't fix itself automatically.

Is the MB using a fixed or DHCP IP address?

To be honest, I don't know exactly because it's not like I have knowledge about this matter. The only thing I know is that since I installed meteobridge, I haven't changed any IP address or anything.

• Can you login via local IP to the GUI?
• Can you login via remote link to GUI?
• Do weather data uploads to networks work?
• Does Meteobridge shown large LED constant on or blinking?

When you can still reach the GUI what does System-Info tab tell about buffers and what does Monitoring-Upload Status tell?

And here we are again. It was working since September 16, while today at 05:45 it stopped working, and while I'm still having internet and I'm writing this, meteobridge doesn't open at all. The remote login doesn't open either.

1. The page isn't opening at all while I'm having this problem.
2. The remote login link isn't opening as well.
3. Since I don't have access, I can't know. Normally, I believe not as long as it stops working, I'm even getting emails from awekas that I haven't sent the weather data to them. Also on Wunderground, I can't see the weather data.
4. If you are talking for my device (WL-330N3G), it's showing large LED constant, remains the same as when it is working.

Can you help me with this, please?

Must be something specific to the Asus Device. I don't have one anymore to test. Those are EOL for years. When you give me remote access I can check if it is something about filling up resources. Those devices are operated much on the edge in terms of RAM.

Hopefully, the new image (700k less RAM footprint because of stronger compressed and by that not so nice looking weather station pictures on "Weather Station" tab) for router platforms which are notoriously low on RAM does fix it. Your MB is currently 26h operating without an issue. Keep fingers crossed.
