FTP connection times out

I cannot get meteobridge of a friend of mine to upload via FTP to my webserver
Everytime the connection times out
It was ok for a long period
Thought it was a licensing issue
Renewed the licence upgraded to 6.1 but it still will not connect to ftp

Tried different FTP accounts, with Filezilla no problem

Do a board search for SFTP, there may be some pointers in there that may be similar?

may be server just supports SFTP?

I think it is a local network error
Maybe the security settings in the router are to strict
He also cannot connect with Filezilla
