MBPro software version stuck on v5.5. **solved**

My Meteobridge Pro is showing the following software version:
Meteobridge 5.5 (Mar 4 2023, build 14907), FW 1.4

I have set the version control to Use installed version

I clicked on the RF Module Update Firmware button and the update reported success:

"Stopping loggerd... wait done.
Downloading flash tools and recent Meteostick firmware... done.
Extracting archive... done.
Resetting USB device... done.
Flashing Meteostick firmware... done.
Starting loggerd... done.
Stick successfully updated!"

I then clicked on Save and Apply and, when that completed, I clicked on Reboot.

However, Information still shows the software version still as 5.5 and is the latest version in the version control list

Have I missed doing something?

RF firmware updates and MB firmware are two different entities. Version control option is for the MB version not the RF.

To update MB firmware set Version Control: [get newest on boot] then [Reboot], button bottom of tab between the [Save and Apply] and [Power Off]

When MB reboots latest firmware should be installed and you then have the option to set [use installed version] or [stick to version xx] etc which will control inadvertent FW updates if the MB restarts for any reason.

My mistake was not realising get latest on boot was available on the tab (all the way at the bottom!)
