I need help with restoring my license and I apologize up front for the following discussion. I realize the 3020 is at End Of Life.
It has been too long since I have needed to be here. So long in fact that I couldn't login to the interface. This never bothered me because it had been working flawlessly for several years. Although the USB hub died a couple of times, replacing it (using a USB 2.0 hub between logger and the Meteobridge) and rebooting easily solved the problem.
It finally went into the 'fast flash'' from which I couldn't recover. Eventually, after much button pushing I was able to login via ethernet connected between the Meteobridge and my home router. My license and everything is now gone.
I don't remember when I last purchased updates because it worked so well and your price is more than reasonable. I just forgot to login and buy the support.
My guess is you will need the MAC address for my Meteobridge. It will be provided upon request.
