Fit-PC Slim has a version with just 256 MB RAM and without WLAN called Barebone. The first pre-production unit I got had trouble to boot the Meteohub USB stick needed for initial installation. Compulab replaced my unit by one of their actual Barebones (BIOS had changed) and the new one is now fully compatible to Meteohub.
If you are looking for a Fit-PC Slim to use with Meteohub, you can choose between the diskless version with 512 MB and WLAN and the Barebone version. I doubt that many users will go with the Barebone as the price difference to the diskless version is not very big. But at least, I wanted you to know.
