Hallo,
zum neuen Jahr konnte ich endlich die finale Version 1.6 fertigstellen, die gegenüber den Versionen davor auch einen XML-Datenexport unterstützt und einen Rich-Media Client mitbringt, der diese Live-Daten auf einer kompakten Instrumententafel (Dashboard) anzeigt. Ich habe dieses Dashboard auch in der Demo-Sektion von \"www.meteohub.de\" eingesetzt, wer mag kann also dort mal schauen wie es aussieht.
Das Dashboard ist brandneu, wird also noch einige Bugs haben und ist auch optisch wie funktional noch nicht der große Wurf. Ich wollte es aber trotzdem schon vom Stapel lassen, um dazu auch Feedback und Erweiterungswünsche einzufangen. Da die XML-Daten, welche das Dashboard visualisiert, in ihrem Format im Handbuch beschrieben sind, kann jeder der mag, selbst ein Dashboard bauen, auf dem die Daten seiner Wahl angezeigt werden. Den Quellcode des Dashboards habe ich ebenfalls in der Download-Sektion frei (unter GPL) zur Verfügung gestellt. Ich möchte die Entwicklung an dieser Stelle komplett offen halten, um hier perspektivisch eine ganze Reihe verschiedener und spezialisierter Dashboards zu ermöglichen.
Das Dashboard wir über eine neue Seite in der Web-Oberfläche des Meteohub konfiguriert. Das Handbuch gibt dazu einige Details an.

Hi,
the new year brings finalized version 1.6 of Meteohub. This version introduces a XML data export and a rich media client that acts as a dashboard to display live data. I have made use of the dashboard in the demo section of \"www.meteohub.de\". So if you are interested to see how it looks like, have a look there.
The dashboard is brand new and certainly will have some bugs and will miss a lot of features. I decided to put it to the audience in that early stage, to allow you a look into the development direction of Meteohub and because I am interested in your feedback on this. I took care that the whole dashboard functionality keeps as open as possible. The XML data used by the dashboard is documented in the manual. So everyone who likes can write his/her own dashboard fitting their needs. Furthermore I make my dashboard source code available in the download section (under GPL). The idea is, that Meteohub delivers XML data and a variety of applications can make use of this.
The configuration of the dashboard is done by a new page in the Meteohub web interface. The manual will tell you details.
