How can i change the dashboard language to portuguese ?

You will need to create the translation yourself -- to the best of my knowledge, no one has created one yet.

Instructions and a template are provided in the Downloads, under the Meteohub Language Files section, with details about how to use the resulting file outlined in the Appendix of the user manual.

I forget to say that MTEOHUB work ok in portuguese

Unfortunately I don't know if the dashboard uses the translated language files. You will have to wait for Boris (the admin) to answer.
