How can i change the dashboard language to portuguese ?

You will need to create the translation yourself -- to the best of my knowledge, no one has created one yet.
Instructions and a template are provided in the Downloads, under the
Meteohub Language Files section, with details about how to use the resulting file outlined in the Appendix of the user manual.

I've created the translation. I send the file. But the dashboard doesn't work in portuguese. You know why? [file name=portugal_utf.zip size=9501]

I forget to say that MTEOHUB work ok in portuguese

Unfortunately I don't know if the dashboard uses the translated language files. You will have to wait for Boris (the admin) to answer.

Hello.
I have a problem with my language pack after upgrading to 3.3b. The menu in tle left corner is not translated anymore... In the language pack everything seems to be ok, but it is not shown (everything else is ok)...
Any idea Boris? If I choose the "Deutsch" or "English" it is shown...
