ALIX.1D & webcam ....

Hi,
I have a ALIX.1D system with Meteohub v4.1 and works very well.
I have also a webcam by Microsoft .. LifeCam VX-3000 , in the manual seems to support, but when I insert the usb connector Meteohub says:
usb 2-3: No supported image sensor detected for this bridge
Some idea ?
ALIX harware support webcam ?

Hello, I tryed various webcam on that hardware but it didn't go....:( You may find useful an IP CAM instead..;)

A Microsoft LifeCam VX-1000 does work on ALIX.1D with both Meteohub version 3.3 and 4.1c.

I have a WMR928 with serial connection.

Only tried it indoor but picture quality isn't very good. It's impossible to get it really sharp. At least when compared to a AXIS 207W, but I guess that's only to be expected as that IP-camera costs 14-15 times more than the VX-1000.

In my set-up that cam doesn't work...so I have choosed an IP CAm C54NETCAM2 from conceptronic and I'm very happy with this solution!
